Take bubble baths? When I was young, my mother gave me and I bubble baths fungal infections and urinary tract infections all the time. My mother did not know why, and finally told my doctor that it was sparkling. The girls have a short urethra and as such, to enter the bacteria in the water and cause infection. I'm not saying that is what is your step-daughter, but a possibility. It must be reviewed immediately. Problems of this kind can lead to worse problems such as a kidney infection.

Yeast is a normal part of the body, including the genitals, and digestive tract. It is normal for a girl or a woman of any age for an infection and nearly everything can be caused. Nutrition, wellness spa (as one person suggested), antibiotics, etc., etc. Go see a doctor. You will receive medication, and potential concerns in a professional is to dispel online.

when I was little, I have many, stained underwear, bubble bath, shampoo in the bath water, swimming pools, or just hot and sweaty, or a combination of both.
Leaving the water have their hair as well and put underwear made of cotton, not your clothes, baggy clothes, jeans, NO, and have a shower instead of bathe. You can also talk to your pediatrician, it could be a sign of something more serious.

I think I took him to the doctor, my first suggestion would be otherwise. Avoid bubble baths and other products, the improvement bathroom, bath salts, etc. Fizzer is a common cause of fungal infections in girls. Use underwear made of cotton, not nylon.
