Vagain I Found A Lump ( Please Answer)?

I found a lump ( please answer)? - vagain

I have a hard lump the size of a 2p piece between my legs and my vagain. The wound really hard to generalize. the surface and I can deal with the finger hole.
I do not know no doctor, but I'm really SCARD if you have any idea what might be please let me now, not in thinking that the worst !!!!!!!!! ! ! !
